What is the importance of the interview for the research? Many young researchers conduct interviews in their work, but sometimes they lack the knowledge on how to conduct it properly, what are the difficulties and how to avoid them, how to make the interview effective for research purposes.

Trainers Anna Mayer and Sophie Schmäing helped the participants to understand these issues. By the way, the teachers themselves took part in a study trip to Ukraine organized within the framework of GURN last year.
